Frances Liu is a creative artisan, designer, and experience creator who relishes in living in the moment and capturing its beauty.  With a background in Fashion Design, she has taken her eye for design and has shared it with the Wedding and Events Industry and beyond.  Having founded Charmed Events Group in 2009, she is the acting Creative Director of the company and further lends her expertise to managing and leading teams and projects within the non-profit industry as well.  Her work has been recognized in major publications as well as notable blogs in the industry.

With a passion for traveling the globe and never letting her first love of fashion fade into the background, she shares her experiences, style, and lifestyle through City Girl Jetsets to inspire others to behold their adventurous spirit, to always believe in love, to live intentionally and to always hold on to the beauty of one's dreams.

Frances currently resides in Northern California with her English Creme, Golden Retriever (#followmisswillow) and loves horseback riding.
